All sales are final, however your airbrush sessions are transferable to another person if for some reason you are able to use them.
Cancelling your Membership
You can cancel your monthly membership at anytime. There are no fees to cancel. Just let me know and I will cancel it for you.
Appointment Cancellations, Changes and No Shows
I try to be as flexible with cancellations and rescheduling as I can. The best way to let me know if you need to change or cancel your appointment, or if you are running late, is to text me at (415) 599-6675. Please note that if you are more than 7 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appt. Hopefully I will have another appt time available the same day, but there is no guarantee. As long as you let me know by either calling/leaving a voicemail, texting or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) that you cannot make your scheduled appt time, there is no time limit of when you need to do so. However, a no show/no call will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of your scheduled appt. This charge will incur by either deducting a session from your package or will need to be paid in full at the time of your next appt. In the case of there being an emergency or just simply forgetting, you are allotted one "oops" no show pass per year.
